1. Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?
No. We do not require a customer to register for an account. However, we strongly encourage you to do so. By creating an account you can check out faster, track orders easier, review past orders and manage your preferences.

3. Can I remove articles from my shopping basket?
Yes. You can remove any articles you want before placing an order.

4. Can I modify my order?
You can modify your order as long as it has not been processed. If you wish to modify your order please immediately contact Customer Service Department by email at contact@viastrozzi.com.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Once you have made an order we immediately process it.  Please call us directly if you need to cancel. 

6. What form of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

7. How do I know when an order has gone through?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

8. What are your shipping costs?
All orders under $195 are shipped ground service at a flat rate of $12.00. Any order $195 and over receive free ground shipping. You will have the option at checkout to pay an additional fee for expedited or overnight delivery. Please click here for our shipping policy.

9. How do I return an item?
There are two ways to return an item.  Either stop into our Flagship Store in Chicago and we can process you return or simply log on to your account or enter your order details and select the return process. An email will be sent to you with a return shipping label. If you choose to use the shipping label, a $12.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your product refund. Please click here for detailed instructions and policy on returns. Please note items purchased at a Trunk Show or Private Event are Final Sale Only. They may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Any items purchased on sale may not be returned and are Final Sale Only.

10. How long do I have to return an online purchased item?
All items sold on line or in the store must be returned within 7 calendar days from receipt.

11. Do you ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes or Hotels?
No we do not.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Cost:
We offer free Standard Ground delivery on all orders of $195 and up before shipping and taxes are added. If you spend $195 and over and choose a faster delivery service, shipping prices indicated below would be charged. You would not receive a credit for the free shipping offer. This offer is only valid to shipments within the continental United States. Terms are subject to change.

All of our shipments are made through Federal Express Ground, Express and International Service.

Standard Delivery
Once we receive credit card authorization and verification, your order will be processed for shipment within 24 hours.  You should receive your order within 3 – 8 days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Our shipping depot is in Illinois.  Orders closer to this vicinity will typically be delivered within 2 – 3 days.

Expedited Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00pm CST will dispatched the same day, excluding weekends and holidays, once we receive credit card authorization and verification. You should receive your order within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Overnight Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00pm CST will dispatched the same day, excluding weekends and holidays, once we receive credit card authorization and verification. You will receive your order the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii
Once we receive credit card authorization and verification, your order will be processed for shipment within 24 hours. You should receive your order within 5 - 8 days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Puerto Rico and International
For orders that require shipment to Puerto Rico or International destinations, please email contact@viastrozzi.com before placing your order. We will be able to assist you with the placement of your order and the most cost effective shipping method.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied only to orders in which the state requires sales tax to be collected.

Placing an Order
Select items by choosing the color and/or size from the detail page and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've added all of your items to the cart, click the check out button and follow the simple instructions. If you need to delete or add more items, you can do that within the cart. Once we have your order you will be sent an email confirmation with all of the pertinent details.

To track your order please refer to the tracking number displayed in your shipping confirmation email.

Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email at contact@viastrozzi.com.  We will attempt to cancel or modify your order.  However, we typically process your orders immediately.  Therefore, once the order is in process we are unable to modify or cancel.

Returns

Return Policy
At Via Strozzi we strive to deliver all of our goods so that you are not just satisfied, but thrilled with your purchase.  Every item has been through a triple inspection process prior to shipment to you.

If you wish to return an article purchased via our web site, we require the item to be returned 7 calendar days from date of receipt.  The item(s) must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered) and with their corresponding order form. Please note that any items purchased through a Trunk Show or Private Event are Final Sale. They may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Any items purchased that were on sale are Final Sale Only. 

 Once we receive your item we will inspect it. If the item is eligible for a return we will process the return and refund.  If you choose to use our pre-paid shipping return label, we will deduct $12.00 from your refund.  If you choose to ship at your own cost, we will fully refund your purchase if eligible.

If you incurred a shipping cost when you ordered the item (for orders under $195), you will not be refunded the initial shipping cost.

Exchanges
At Via Strozzi we only offer a limited number of each item.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exchange for color or size.  If an item does not fit and you wish to try a different size, you will need to return and place a new order.  This will be the most efficient way to receive your new item.

How to Return
Our return process is simple to use. 

You have 7 calendar days from date of receipt to return an item. All items purchased at a Trunk Show or Private Event are Final Sale Only. They may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Follow These Steps:
Please email us at returns@viastrozzi.com. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will then send you a pre-paid shipping label and will refund your purchase price, less $9.00 for return shipping.
